How to Apply

       Thank you for your interest in applying to Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic School. Enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year opens on February 5th, 2024. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis, and admission decisions will be communicated to families 4 weeks after receiving the completed application packet.

  • Step 1: Please contact the Director of Admissions, Christa Gunther, by email at or call 410-208-1600 to review information and determine the next steps.
  • Step 2: All families must complete the Pre-Registration form through the Diocese of Wilmington requesting an application. Using the link provided.

  • Step 3: The Director of Admissions will contact you to schedule an interview and private tour if you have not yet had one.
  • Step 4:Once the pre-registration has been approved, you will receive an email from the Catholic Diocese of Wilmington ( with instructions for creating a parent portal account in PowerSchool.
  • Step 5: In the PowerSchool Parent Portal, click on the FORMS tab on the left side of the page. Next, click the Enrollment tab at the top of the page. The New Student Application will show forms 1-7 to be completed. Please fax (410-208-4957), email (, or mail copies of your child’s birth certificate, immunization record, and baptismal certificate.
  • Step 6: Submit the $275 per student non-refundable Admission Fee payable by check, cash, or credit card. Mail checks to Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic School/ Director of Admissions, 11242 Racetrack Road, Berlin, MD 21811 along with a copy of the Student Demographics page (located under FORMS).  Call the School Office for credit card payment at 410-208-1600.
  • Step 7: Application decisions are contingent on receipt of all admissions requirements, including placement testing if needed.
