Tuition & Financial Aid Information

Tuition & Financial Aid

We have worked diligently to contain costs while continuing to challenge children to learn and grow in a compassionate and supportive environment that enables them to thrive spiritually, academically, socially, and emotionally. We can proudly celebrate the gift of offering a quality education within a community of faith while maintaining more than competitive rates for private school education.

Tuition & Fee Payments

All tuition and fee payments are made online through the FACTS system, which links directly to your bank account or another account you choose.  Tuition can be paid in one installment in September or twelve monthly payments from July through June.  An additional fee is added each year in grade 6 for Chromebooks. FACTS Tuition Management charges a small annual fee per family for direct withdrawal of tuition and school incidentals such as Extended Day, field trips, sports, choir, band, piano lessons, and other activities after school. Please read below for other details.

Out of justice to all parents and the parish community, parents are expected to keep tuition payments up to date.  All parents and guardians are responsible for tuition and other fees charged by the school.  The business manager will review the tuition records regularly.  Student report cards will not be released if the tuition account has an overdue balance, unless there is communication with the school.  In addition, the school reserves the right to take further action, up to and including dismissal, if tuition payments are not made in a timely fashion.  If a family leaves after the tuition payments for the new school year have begun, the payments made up to that point in time are non-refundable. Once school begins, families pay for the full trimester of enrollment no matter what date a transfer occurs.

Financial Assistance

To apply for financial assistance, all students must first be accepted and enrolled at Most Blessed Sacrament. The application must be complete, and the registration fee paid in full.

Through the generosity of parishioners of the parishes in the Catholic Diocese of Wilmington and through donors to Most Blessed Sacrament, we can provide limited financial assistance to families who seek it.  A third party determines financial needs outside of the school.  As finances and donations permit, an effort is made to provide the level of financial assistance needed to enable children to remain in school.

Financial assistance through the school is available to all students. Assistance through the Diocese is only available to students K-8. Tuition assistance is not guaranteed each year. Parents must reapply each year.

To apply for financial assistance, an online form provided by the FACTS company must be completed.  This form has a strict deadline (January 31, 2026, for the 2026/2027 school year) and application procedure.  You will need to upload or fax supporting documents to FACTS, including your most recent tax returns, your W-2, and documentation of any government forms of assistance.  The Catholic Diocese of Wilmington and Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic School cannot consider incomplete applications for consideration of financial assistance.
