During the month of October, our Church encourages us to pray the Rosary (more than usual) for the forgiveness of sins and world peace. Our Blessed Mother Mary has, on many occasions, expressed the importance of praying the Rosary. In the Rosary, we find scriptural focus on the Joyful, Sorrowful, Glorious and Luminous Mysteries that are derived from the New Testament and based upon the lives of Jesus and His mother, Mary. On Friday, October 18th, our school will gather at 10:00 a.m. in the cafeteria to be led, by our students, in praying a Live Rosary. We invite all parents and other family members to join us in our Rosary devotion to Our Lord and Our Lady.
